• ISDE membership number is required during the registration process. To apply for ISDE membership, please click here
• Developing Nations – according to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) designation (October 2020)
• ISDE Member Trainees will receive complimentary ISDE membership valid until December 31, 2022
• ISDE Non-Member Trainees will receive complimentary ISDE membership valid until May 30, 2022
• Student/trainee/fellow/resident needs to provide a copy of the relevant ID or letter from the university/training center;
  Midwife/nurse should provide a copy of their professional ID; Other Health Professional (non-MD) should provide a proof of their profession
• Other Health Professional rate applies to researchers, policymakers, advocates, non-MDs

Cancellation policy

Registration cancellations received in writing at ISDE 2021 Congress Secretariat’s address by August 31, 2021 will be accepted and all fees refunded minus USD 25 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after August 31, 2021 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate.
